Dave Beam has both a strong business background as well as an active Christian testimony. He has attended Wheelersburg Baptist Church
Dave previously worked directly with businesses in an environmental consulting role before deciding to start work with ActionCOACH Business Coaching, a global franchise with over 1000 offices worldwide. He opened up his own local practice six years ago and has worked with over 90 businesses in the tri-state area since. Dave has won numerous awards within the ActionCOACH community for his successful coaching practice and is ranked within the top 20 coaches in North America .
The purpose of Dave's practice is to bring the grace of God to people through business coaching. This means by reaching the hearts of business owners for Christ and encouraging and building up those who are already a part of the kingdom. This is facilitated by the fact that in the early stages of coaching the "big life" questions are asked to help business owners find out where they are heading and why. This provides a wonderful platform and opportunity to share the grace of God with people.
