Q: How often are pictures updated?
A: Summer camp images are posted daily. Every effort is made to post the previous day’s photos by 10:30 AM.

Q: Does each family have a personal password?
A: One password is chosen for each summer by the camp staff. This case-sensitive password is the same for all parents. The password can be found in the camper’s confirmation letter. The password is only shared over the phone to parents and/or guardians listed on the registration form. Because this site contains images of minors, please share this information only with people you trust.

Q: How do I pay for packages purchased on CamParent?
A: To purchase packages online, you will need to sign up for a free account with PayPal.com and use a credit card, debit card, or electronic check to pay. An email will be sent to the camp to confirm payment.

Q: When does my child receive his or her package I purchased on CamParent?
A: Packages purchased by noon will be delivered the same day during the evening mail call (typically at dinner time). Otherwise, packages are delivered the following day. If you prefer the package to be delivered on a specific date, please indicate in the “message” portion during checkout.

Q: Can I send a personal message to a camper with the package I purchased?
A: Yes! Typed messages are delivered with every package. Especially indicate how you would like each message signed.

Q: Can I customize a package for my camper?
A: Surprise packages can be purchased on Monday morning after registration or online throughout the week via CamParent. Only packages purchased in-person on Monday may be customized. Please indicate to the Pop Shop staff what day you would like the package to be delivered. Packages purchased online will be delivered the same day during the evening mail call (typically at dinner time).
