Al and Virgie hale from Colorado. They have been married for 30 years. They have three sons, Jason, Brett, and Ryan, two wonderful daughters-in-law, Jean and Heather, and three beautiful grandchildren, Saphel, Selah, and Andy. Al recently retired after twenty-five years at Ball Metal Container and was searching for a way to use his talents to serve the Lord. Therefore, they joined the Scioto Hills team in June 2006. Al serves as a maintenance man while Virgie has assumed the role of Kitchen Director. Al enjoys golfing, watching TV, eating M&Ms, building projects, and spending time with his grandchildren. Virgie’s hobbies include painting her house, cooking, singing, watching Bronco football, and doing crafts.
