FAQ's: Who Are The Counselors?All of our counselors are college students, most of which come from Cedarville University and Baptist Bible College. Our counselors go through a strict application process. We conduct full background checks, require three references (including pastor), and hold personal interviews. The counselors spend over 100 hours training in various elements of camp, including first aid, CPR, facilitators training, evangelism and Bible study. Because of our rigid training and our child protection policy, we do not allow any other adults to come in contact with the campers during the week.
