Bringing A Large Group
There are a couple of different ways to handle registration when bringing a large group:
OPTION ONE (*Preferred Method)– Have each child register online and pay online. If requested, we will keep you updated as to who has registered from your group and how much they have paid. (They must have the correct Sponsoring/Attending Church listed.)
OPTION TWO – Give Each child (guardian) a paper form. They can fill it out and send it in individually or you may collect the forms and send them in together.
SUMMER CAMP ONLY:
Camper Medical Forms are sent in the confirmation packets. Packets are sent individually to each camper (guardian) once the registration form is received (via paper or internet). Medical Forms cannot be submitted online, but must be mailed prior to arrival.
**If your church is paying for any portion of the camper fees, simply communicate the correct balance to the camper. If registering online, there is an option to pay any portion of the balance due. The remainder can be billed to the church.
