Group Registration opens November 1st.
Below we’ve included a few details for your information. If you have any questions about the registration process, please have your youth leader contact the camp office at (740)-778-CAMP or grow@sciotohills.com. Email is preferred.
Youth leaders will need to pre-register their group following the registration link on this page.
Please know the number of students you plan to bring before registration. For housing purposes we request a church to bring at least 1 leader of the same gender for every 5-12 students (ie: 1 female leader : 12 female students).
Upon receiving the completed registration forms our team will review your group reservation. Please be aware that our ability to accommodate groups is limited based on gender specific lodging capacity. Because of the system's inability to filter out male versus female group registrations, Scioto Hills Camp Staff will manually review each group's paperwork to ensure that we are able to accommodate your requested group size. Registration for students does not open until November 15th.
Each group will require a $10 non-refundable deposit for each space reserved at the time of reserving spaces for your group.
Unlike past years, churches are responsible for collecting all payments from students for registration fees. The total balance for each group is due any time before or upon arrival for check in.
Winter Camp Packing List
Bible, notebook, pen
Bedding (bottom sheet and blanket or sleeping bag, pillow, etc)
Toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, deodorant, etc)
Bath towels, wash cloth
Any prescribed medication (talk with your youth leader about making sure this is handled carefully)
Weather appropriate coat or jacket
Pajamas
Clothing appropriate for physical activities (soccer, volleyball, pickleball, outdoor high ropes)
Weather appropriate footwear
Spending money
Our ARC Cafe and Camp Store offer a wide variety of camp merchandise, snacks and drinks. Consumable items range from $1.50 to $5.50. Merchandise ranges from $3 to $40. Cash, card, or tap to pay are accepted.
